Shipping Policy

SHIPPING
We can ship to any address within the United States and U.S. Territories. All purchases will ship from Kalihi, Hawaii, via the shipping option chosen at the time of order. Please note: If you place your order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed and packed up the following Monday.

*Business days exclude weekends and these Holidays: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Standard Delivery

Shipments within the Hawaiian Islands will arrive within 5-7 business days, if ordered by 11AM (HST) Hawaii Time. Deliveries to the mainland and US Territories are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 14 business days for delivery.

Express Delivery

Shipments within the Hawaiian Inter-Islands will arrive within 2-4 business days if ordered by 11AM (HST) Hawaii time. Not available for US Mainland and US Territories.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES

Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight and your merchandise total. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Shipping starts at $3.99 and is free when to online purchases $25 or more for Hawaii Inter-Islands only. U.S Mainland shipping starts at $5.99 and is free for purchases $65 or more. Handling fees start at $0.99.

Orders typically take 1-2 business* days to be processed and shipped from UIC.

OUT OF STOCK MERCHANDISE

If any item in your order is Backordered (temporarily out of stock), you will be notified through email and given the option to continue or cancel your order.
 

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges (Online Orders)

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, online orders are eligible for an exchange if it is within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. (The tracking number will state when the merchandise has arrived.) Refunds are NOT available on any shipping charges. All purchases will be refunded for an exchange or store credit only. We reserve the right to reject items for return or exchange if they are not accompanied by a sales receipt. For any exchanges, please include the valid UIC receipt.

Our exchanges are processed just like a new order and listed as Exchange in your order status. Exchanges typically take two weeks to process from the time you send back your item. To check the status of an exchange call 1(808)842-3088.

Requirements for returns:
• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Shipping charges are not reimbursed on returned items.

***We are unable to process your exchange if these requirements are not met.

For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
Indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip, and wrap the package securely.
Customer shall be responsible for all return shipping charges.

EXCHANGES (In-Store) 
You can exchange items purchased online or obtain a store credit at our Kalihi location only. No cash or debit refunds will be given.
